Information we collect
Through this website: nothing. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising or social-media tracking scripts.
If you email us: we receive whatever your message contains — typically your name, your email address, and what you chose to tell us. Please do not send confidential designs, sensitive personal information or API credentials by email.
Hosting logs: our website host may record ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses, in its own server and security logs. That processing is governed by the provider identified below.
Why we use it
We use the contents of an email you send us to read it, assess it and reply. The basis we rely on is our legitimate interest in answering messages addressed to us and, where your message concerns working together, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
We do not sell contact information, share it for advertising, or send it to a generative-AI model. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Access and service providers
Only people at Pandore who handle enquiries read the messages sent to us. The website itself stores no records, so there is no website database of personal information.

How long we keep it
Because the website collects nothing, it has nothing to retain.
Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and for our ordinary business records, and is deleted when it is no longer needed. If you ask us to delete your correspondence we will do so, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
Where we hold personal information about you — in practice, correspondence you have sent us — you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to contact@pandore.io.
We may need proportionate information to confirm that a request relates to your correspondence. Please do not send an identity document unless we specifically ask for one through an appropriate channel.
You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
Cookies, previews and external links
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising and no embedded social-media tracking widgets. The X and LinkedIn icons are ordinary links; those platforms’ own policies apply once you visit them.
The 3D studies are rendered locally in your browser. Technical diagnostics are shown locally and are downloaded only if you choose to save them.
If this site later adds forms, analytics, tracking or additional processors, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before they are enabled.
